| AHHHHHHHHH!!! Finals, sinus infection, and being "mom" all weekend has been a trip! Soooo, yeah I'm really really stressed, so I decided to ramble on here as I take a break from studying. I have finals this week, and have had a sinus infection all last week, and am finally, as of yesterday, feeling pretty good, but not totally back to normal. I have also had the adventure of playing the role of "mom" this weekend as my parents have taken Mike back to college. I have a new appreciation for her! Really! It's amazing that she can do all this and still function! I have done everything from collecting the mail, to taking care of the dog, to making beds, to cleaning, to cooking meals, to attending to a medical emergency Laur had, to driving here and there to drop her off and pick her up, to having fun with friends, to church, to doing school, to yeah well you get the picture. I'm really tired now! I'm sooo glad they are coming home tonight!!! I miss them too! So I encourage you...if you haven't given your parents a big hug in the last week...you should do it to thank them for all they do! It'll hopefully encourage them too! Well...back to studying...yuck! |
